When you print an order from Amazon Seller Central, the PDF you get isn't just the shipping label — it bundles the label with a tax invoice. Send that straight to a 4×6 thermal printer and you waste paper on the invoice, or get a label scaled down to share the page. The fix is to crop out just the label first, and across a day's orders you want that to happen automatically.
This guide covers cropping Amazon labels in bulk, tuned for the Seller Central layout.
Before you start
- Download the PDF straight from Seller Central without editing it. The auto-crop recognizes Amazon's standard label-and-invoice layout to find the label, so an unmodified file gives the cleanest result.
- Bulk upload is supported, so you can drop in a whole batch of orders at once.
The steps
- Open the Auto-Crop Amazon Labels tool and drop your Seller Central PDFs in.
- Under Print for, pick Thermal for a 4×6 label printer (one label per page) or Normal (A4) for a regular printer.
- Under Output, pick Single merged PDF for one print-ready file, or Separate PDFs to keep each order on its own.
- Click Auto Crop Labels. It keeps the Amazon labels and drops the invoice pages.
- Download and print.
Common questions
What happens to the Amazon tax invoice on the page?
It's dropped — you keep only the labels. If you need the invoices for your records instead, use Auto-Crop Amazon Tax Invoices, which keeps the invoice and discards the label.
Can I process a whole batch of Amazon orders at once?
Yes. Bulk upload all the Seller Central PDFs together and choose Single merged PDF for one file covering the whole batch.
My label prints too small or gets cut off.
Match Print for to your printer — Thermal for a 4×6 label printer, Normal (A4) otherwise — and set your printer dialog to actual size (100%), not "fit to page."
I sell on more than one marketplace.
There are tuned versions for each: this one for Amazon, plus Flipkart and Meesho. The general Auto-Crop Labels guide covers the shared workflow.
Wrap-up
Drop your Seller Central PDFs into Auto-Crop Amazon Labels, pick Thermal or A4, choose merged or separate output, and click Auto Crop Labels. For the tax invoices off the same orders, use Auto-Crop Amazon Tax Invoices.
