Drop your Flipkart seller portal PDFs and we'll crop out just the shipping labels, with the tax invoice removed and ready to print.
If you're a Flipkart seller, every order produces a PDF from the seller portal that prints the shipping label and the tax invoice on the same A4 sheet. Manually trimming each label down to its rectangle is fine for one or two orders — but during sale weeks and high-volume days, that click-crop-print loop eats real time. This tool extracts just the label region from your Flipkart PDFs automatically, ready to feed into a thermal printer or print as a 4-up A4 sheet you can cut by hand.
Flipkart sellers fulfilling more than a handful of orders per day. Power sellers running sale-day operations where every minute of label prep counts. Anyone whose desktop currently has dozens of tabs open with seller-portal label PDFs waiting to be processed manually.
Why are Flipkart labels and tax invoices on the same PDF page?
Flipkart's seller portal generates a single A4 PDF per order with the shipping label at the top and the tax invoice underneath. The label has to be cropped out for the thermal printer or to affix to the package; the invoice is kept separately for records and customer-facing copies.
Can I upload multiple Flipkart PDFs at once?
Yes — drop up to 50 PDFs in one go, or one merged PDF containing many orders. Each page is processed independently, so a merged file is treated the same as individual files.
Does it work with all the carriers Flipkart uses?
Yes. The label detection uses position anchors (AWB No., HBD, CPD, "Ordered through") that appear on every Flipkart label regardless of the courier brand — E-Kart Logistics, Delhivery, Bluedart, Shadowfax, XpressBees, Ecom Express, DTDC, India Post, and others all work the same way.
What's the difference between Thermal and Normal A4 output?
Thermal output is one label per page, with the page sized exactly to the label's dimensions — feed it directly to a 4×6 thermal printer. Normal A4 packs up to 4 labels onto a single A4 sheet with dashed cut guides; print on regular paper, cut along the guides, affix.
Is the cropping done in my browser or on your server?
Server-side. Your PDFs upload over an encrypted HTTPS connection, the cropping runs on the backend, and the result is sent back. Files aren't kept beyond what's required to deliver the response.
Is this tool free?
Yes — for everyone, no signup, no watermark, no per-file size limit beyond the 50-file batch ceiling.
