Auto Crop Amazon Labels

Drop your Amazon Seller Central PDFs and we'll keep just the shipping labels, with the invoice pages removed and ready to print.

Auto Crop Amazon Labels

Amazon Seller Central generates a PDF for each order that contains the shipping label on one page and the tax invoice on a separate page. Managing dozens of those PDFs — keeping only the label pages and dropping the invoice pages — is a tedious manual task. This tool processes Amazon Seller Central exports automatically: every label page is kept intact at full size, and every Tax Invoice / Bill of Supply page is dropped from the output.

How it works

  1. Drop your Amazon Seller Central PDFs onto the page — single file or batch (up to 50).
  2. Each page is classified independently using Amazon-specific markers: Tax Invoice/Bill of Supply and Triplicate for Supplier for invoice pages; AWB, Ship To, and Amazon's in-house carriers (Amazon Transport, DEX, ATS, ATSPL) for label pages.
  3. Label pages are kept whole — Amazon labels are already full-page and don't need cropping. Invoice pages are dropped entirely.
  4. Download a single combined PDF of all label pages (ideal for thermal printers — print once, get every label), or separate per-order files, or a ZIP.

Who should use this

Amazon sellers who run their own packing operations and print labels themselves — particularly those handling moderate-to-high daily order volume across FBA, Easy-Ship, or merchant-fulfilled. Sellers who export Seller Central labels in batches and don't want to manually strip every other page.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Amazon put the label and invoice on different pages?

Amazon's Seller Central generates a multi-page PDF per shipment — typically page 1 is the shipping label and page 2 is the Tax Invoice / Bill of Supply for that order. The label gets affixed to the package; the invoice is for records or, in some cases, included inside the package.

Does the tool work if a PDF contains many orders' labels and invoices interleaved?

Yes. Each page is classified independently, so a merged PDF with [label, invoice, label, invoice, …] for many orders is handled the same as individual files. All invoice pages are dropped; all label pages are kept.

My Amazon labels appear as images / vector outlines with no selectable text — does the tool still work?

Yes. Amazon's labels are sometimes rendered as vector paths instead of text, which means they have no extractable text layer. The classifier handles this — pages without any invoice-keyword signals in a known Amazon document are classified as labels by design.

What's the difference between Thermal and Normal A4 output for Amazon?

Amazon labels are typically full-page already, so neither mode crops the label content. Thermal mode keeps the page size at the label's native dimensions (good for 4×6 thermal printers). Normal A4 places one or more labels onto a standard A4 page with cut guides.

Will this work with Amazon stores outside India?

The tool was tuned on Amazon.in PDFs (which trigger on amazon.in, ASSPL, ARIPL, and similar India-specific tokens). It also matches amazon.com and Amazon Seller Central tokens generally, so most Amazon stores should work — but layout edge cases may need additional tuning.

Is this free to use?

Yes — for everyone, no signup required.
