Type the pages you want, then press Add. You can also click pages directly on the thumbnails.

1-3 to add pages 1, 2 and 3.
- Mix them Type
1-3, 5, 8-10 to combine ranges and single pages.
Commas make groups
The comma is what splits your file into multiple PDFs. When you have no groups yet, each comma-separated part you type becomes its own group:
1-3, 5, 8-10Three parts, so three groups: pages 1–3, page 5, and pages 8–10 each export as a separate PDF.1-3One part, so no split. It just selects pages 1–3 in your current file.
Adding to a group
Once groups exist, whatever you type goes into the active group. Every group keeps its own color, name and page order.
