Meesho's supplier panel gives you a PDF per order with the shipping label and tax invoice stacked together. When you're dispatching, you just want the label at the right size for your thermal printer. Cropping each one by hand across a batch is slow — auto-cropping clears the whole batch at once.
This guide covers cropping Meesho labels in bulk, tuned for the supplier panel layout.
Before you start
- Use the original PDF from the Meesho supplier panel, unedited. The auto-crop recognizes Meesho's standard label-and-invoice layout to find the label.
- Bulk upload is supported — drop the whole batch of orders in at once.
The steps
- Open the Auto-Crop Meesho Labels tool and drop your supplier-panel PDFs in.
- Under Print for, pick Thermal for a 4×6 label printer (one label per page) or Normal (A4) for a regular printer.
- Under Output, pick Single merged PDF for one print-ready file, or Separate PDFs for one file per order.
- Click Auto Crop Labels. It removes the tax invoice and keeps just the Meesho labels.
- Download and print.
Common questions
What happens to the Meesho tax invoice on the page?
It's removed — you keep only the labels. If you need the GST invoices for your records, use Auto-Crop Meesho Tax Invoices, which keeps the invoice and drops the label.
Can I process a whole batch of Meesho orders at once?
Yes. Bulk upload all the supplier-panel PDFs together and choose Single merged PDF for a single print-ready file.
My label prints too small or gets cut off.
Match Print for to your printer — Thermal for a 4×6 label printer, Normal (A4) otherwise — and print at actual size (100%), not "fit to page."
I sell on more than one marketplace.
There are tuned versions for each: this one for Meesho, plus Amazon and Flipkart. The general Auto-Crop Labels guide covers the shared workflow.
Wrap-up
Drop your supplier-panel PDFs into Auto-Crop Meesho Labels, pick Thermal or A4, choose merged or separate output, and click Auto Crop Labels. For the tax invoices off the same orders, use Auto-Crop Meesho Tax Invoices.
