Drop your Meesho supplier panel PDFs and we'll extract just the tax invoice block — the shipping label above is dropped so you're left with clean GST invoices for your records.
Meesho's supplier panel now generates one A4 PDF per order with the shipping label at the top and the tax invoice block at the bottom — both required to be printed together under GST e-invoicing regulations. For bookkeeping, GST returns, and customer-facing copies you still need the tax invoice on its own. This tool extracts just the bottom tax block from your Meesho PDFs, keeping the invoice rectangle's bottom border intact, and outputs clean invoice-only files ready for your records.
{original}_invoice.pdf per file (Separate mode) or cropped-invoices.pdf / cropped-invoices.zip for merged batches — easy to drop straight into a bookkeeping folder.Meesho suppliers who file GST returns and need clean tax invoices separated from shipping labels. Accountants reconciling Meesho supplier transactions for tax compliance. Power sellers running daily fulfilment operations where invoices need to be archived separately for end-of-month reporting.
Why does Meesho print the tax invoice on the same page as the shipping label?
GST e-invoicing regulations now require Meesho suppliers to keep the tax invoice physically with each shipment. Meesho's supplier panel generates a single A4 with the customer address / shipping label at the top and the tax invoice block at the bottom. For bookkeeping and GST returns, you still need the invoice separated — this tool crops out just the bottom tax block.
Will the bottom border of the invoice rectangle survive cropping?
Yes. The Meesho-specific crop preserves enough bottom padding to keep the invoice rectangle's bottom border intact instead of clipping it at the lowest text baseline. The tax block reads as a complete bounded box in the output, ready to print or archive.
Can I bulk-extract Meesho invoices in one go?
Yes — drop up to 50 PDFs in one go, or one merged PDF containing many orders. Each page is processed independently. The output names every cropped invoice with the source PDF's name plus _invoice for easy bookkeeping.
Does it use the new Meesho phrasings to find the invoice?
Yes. The detector picks up Meesho's distinctive tax-block phrasings — "Tax is not payable on reverse charge", "Original For Recipient", plus standard GSTIN / HSN / taxable value anchors — that don't appear in the label section above. That's how it pins the tax block precisely even though Meesho's label section uses different phrasings from Flipkart or Amazon.
Is the cropping done in my browser or on your server?
Server-side. Your PDFs upload over an encrypted HTTPS connection, the cropping runs on the backend, and the result is sent back. Files aren't kept beyond what's required to deliver the response.
Is this tool free?
Yes — for everyone, no signup, no watermark, no per-file size limit beyond the 50-file batch ceiling.
